Refund Policy
Our Refund Policy allows you to exchange or refund a product in the following cases:
1. The Customer Received a Wrong Product
- If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, we will arrange for it to be picked up free of charge.
- Once the incorrect product is received by us, we will dispatch the correct product or refund the amount within 7 working days.
- Customers may claim a refund if they receive damaged goods. However, they must provide video proof of the damage.
- Customers are advised to record a video while unwrapping and unboxing their product from the delivery packaging. This video will be used as proof that the customer received damaged goods.
- If video proof is not provided or the video is made after the product has been unboxed, the customer will not be entitled to a refund.
- If a customer uses the hair repair oil consistently as directed for 90 days and does not achieve noticeable results, they may claim a refund.
- Customers must provide proof of consistent use for 90 days, such as before-and-after photos or purchase records indicating adherence to the recommended usage.
- Refund requests must be made within 90 days of purchase to be eligible.
